Hi Charli, welcome to TD Helps.
We encourage you to click here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs., 39-40) to view our Personal Account Agreement for information relating to the amount you are allowed to take out per day. Please note, funds availability may be limited by factors such as your current available balance or a predetermined authorized daily limit established at your request.
If you believe that you will withdraw more than your daily limit, you may request a 24 hour limit increase. You can contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can place the request for you.
Another option you have is sending a secured message through online banking. If you have enrolled for online banking, you may send us a secure message to request this information. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Tech Support Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Please include the following information in your response: • Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature Once you finish typing, you may click on Send. Please note, you should expect to receive a response within 24 hours.
You may also send a fax to request a limit increase. Please include the same information from the secured message option; additionally we will need to verify your signature for the security of your account so please sign the request. Send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138.
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day of the limit increase is granted.
