I allowed my points to add up and now when I type a very large amount that section is not allowing me to put in decimals or commas and it is coming up with a dollar amount that I think is incorrect.

Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Carol. We'd be glad to help you redeem your rewards.
Currently, both of our TD Cash Rewards Credit Card and TD Easy Rewards Credit Card offer cash rewards option. If you are the primary account owner, you can redeem your cash rewards for a statement credit at any time once you've earned at least $25.00. Once redeemed, this will be applied to your current balance. Please note: your cash rewards is not a payment method and cannot be used to replace the minimum payment amount due.
The easiest way to redeem your cash rewards is by contacting TD Card Services, 24/7 at 888-561-8861. For more information on the Terms and Conditions on the TD Cash Rewards Visa Credit Card please view: http://bit.ly/1nGyrbA.
We'd also like to invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1AiXPd7 for a list of features TD Cash Rewards has to offer. For additional rewards information and to redeem available rewards, you may also contact our Credit Card Rewards line at (877)745-5040.
For our TD First Class Signature Credit Card we recommend you to contact one of our TD Card Specialists at 1-877-GO-TD1ST (1-877-468-3178) and they would be more than happy to help you redeem your points. We also suggest you check out http://bit.ly/Zgdqfo to see what you could earn with your points.
As you've mentioned that you're having trouble entering the amount of points you'd like to redeem, one of the common problems encountered is when non-numeric keys are used. For example, If you are trying to enter 1000.00, please be sure to only type 1000.00 not 1,000.00. In other words, please do not include any commas when entering in the amount you would like to enter. If this does not help, please reach out to one of the numbers mentioned above.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Carol and have a good day.
