Good question, Jon and we're happy to respond here on TD Helps.
For the protection of your account, we do have standard daily ATM Visa/Debit card limits in place. This information is listed in the Personal Deposit Account Agreements. Funds availability may be limited by factors such as your current available balance or a predetermined authorized daily limit established at your request. For standard daily withdrawal limits for your TD Bank ATM Visa/Debit card, please check our Personal Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs., 39-40).
If you are expecting to withdraw more than what is permitted on your daily limit, you do have a few options on how to request an increase:
If you have access to a fax machine, you can send us a written request via fax. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, and please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
Additionally, you may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Lastly, you can send us a secure message via online banking to submit this request. If you have enrolled for online banking, you may send us a secure message to request this information. After logging onto your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing, you may click on Send.
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day that the limit increase is granted. If you are interested in a permanent limit increase or decrease, you must visit your local TD Store location to make the request.
Thank you again for reaching out to us, Jon. Have a great day!
