have in my area? What are your hours of operation? Is there a 24-hour customer service number in case I have a financial emergency? Will you charge me to use another bank’s ATM? Hey John! Thank you for stopping by TD Helps and we appreciate you considering us for your banking needs.
We offer many different types of Checking accounts. Prior to opening an account, we encourage you to view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you. At TD Bank, we also offer Savings Accounts for all of your saving needs! We recommend taking a look at http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT for more detailed information on each particular Savings Account available at TD Bank. You may find it helpful to check out our customized Savings Selector tool, found here: http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd. Click here: http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 to view our current interest rates. You may link your checking account with your savings account for overdraft protection. This can be done at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. There are many TD Bank Stores within the Brooklyn area. For hours and locations near you, take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist any time. If you are unable to contact us via telephone, you can visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours for assistance as well.
You can open an account online, over the phone with a Customer Service Representative that is available 24/7 or at a nearby TD Bank store during regular business hours. To open an account online, visit www.tdbank.com, select the "Open Account" button below the account type that you wish to open and follow the prompts.
Each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a Retail Customer at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to a $3.00 fee; which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived. We also may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement cycle if you maintain a $2,500 minimum balance for the entire statement cycle. Please look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee, as well as http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pg. 40-41) for more information on what type of fees to expect.
John, we hope all of this information helps and feel free to contact us again with any other questions.
