I am the member of the student council of a seminary. We plan to open an account in the name of council to deposit the students' donation funds. Could you please tell me how much charges for the opening account? how much is the minimum in the account without any monthly fee? Thanks.

Thanks for considering TD Bank for your business needs, Elaine! We'll be happy to provide some useful information.
For information and comparisons on the different types of Business Accounts TD Bank offers, feel free to visit: http://bit.ly/1ojpl3j. Take a look here to get a customized recommendation with our Business Checking Selector: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. When visiting the links above you can see how much is needed to open each specific account.
Since this account would be considered a Non-Profit Account, you would also need to verify the status of the Non-Profit Organization. Please bring in the following documents to your local TD Store: a 5013-C form that you would've received from the IRS when granted the Not-for-Profit status, and the separate Tax Identification Number given to Non-Profit Organizations when initially applying for that status. Please note, a Social Security Number cannot be accepted instead of a Tax Identification Number.
If you'd like to speak with a TD Bank Business Specialist, please dial 1-855-278-8988. You may also visit any TD Bank Store at http://bit.ly/TDStores at your earliest convenience or even set up an appointment. To request a call back for an appointment, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1qXQhdr. We ask that you do not include any confidential information such as social security numbers, tax I.D. numbers, or account numbers via e-mail.
When you've decided on the best account that will fit your banking needs, please stop by any TD Bank of your choice as one of our Banking Specialists would be happy to open the account for you.
Please let us know if you have any questions and have a good night, Elaine!
