Some of our accounts require a minimum balance in order to waive a monthly maintenance fee. To take a look at our checking accounts, please visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd. Please know that except to avoid a maintenance fee, the daily minimum balance is not required and there is no specific amount of funds that you must keep in your account at any one time.
If you have any further questions about your balance or your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists or you may visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. In addition, you may also send us a secure message if you are enrolled for Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address.
