Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Brandi! It would be our pleasure to assist you in regard to your question about your card.
We'd like to begin by stating that there is no minimum amount that is needed on your debit card. However, most of our accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fee.
If you are referring to the balance on a TD Connect Card, we'd like to share that there is no minimum amount that you must keep on your card. Please also note that a maintenance fee is assessed on our Connect Cards. Check out: http://bit.ly/1EhaagM for more information.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Gift Card, there is no minimum balance that you need to keep on your gift card. We'd like to point out that a $2.50 monthly fee is assessed after 12 months of inactivity. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1o97391 for the terms and conditions.
Lastly, if you are referring to a TD Go Card, there is no minimum balance that you need to keep on your card. However, like the TD Bank Gift Card, a $2.50 monthly fee is charged after 12 months of inactivity. Check out: http://bit.ly/1zrVD2w for additional information.
If you have any questions, or if this pertains to your TD Checking or Savings account, please reach out to us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours for additional assistance. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. As this is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to the account information we need to confirm any minimum balance that may be required for your account.
We sure hope this helps and come by any time you have a question, Brandi! Have a great night and enjoy the rest of your week.
