Thanks for coming by TD Helps, David! We'll be glad to go over some information regarding our external transfer service.
We'd like to begin by stating that when initiating a transfer with TD Bank, there are limits in the amount you can transfer per day/ month and they are based on the length of the relationship that you have with TD Bank. Please sign into your online banking by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're signed in, select the Transfer tab and then select Transfer to Account Outside TD Bank. After that, please select the green Information button; which is located next to the Amount field and a window will appear showing your transfer option limits.
If you are initiating a transfer to TD from another financial insitution, we recommend reaching out to that insitution to confirm if they may impose any restrictions or limits on the amount you may transfer.
