We're so sorry to hear that this has happened! We'd like to direct you so that it can be addressed right away.
If you are located near a TD Bank, we ask that you stop in to see us. We'll have you sign a Fraud Incident Questionnaire that states you did not open the account with TD Bank. This form will allow our investigation team may look into your claim and shut down the account in question.
If you are not located near a TD Bank, we ask that you give us a call at 888-751-9000, Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. We'll reach out to our investigation team to see if this form can be mailed to you if you live outside of TD Bank's footprint.
