We appreciate having you join us at TD Helps, Richard! We'd be happy to help!
You may check your balance by contacting our 24/7 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) at 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). You'll need your account number, which can be found on your statements or also located at the bottom of your checks (it will be the second set of numbers). The IVR will also ask for a PIN. If this is your first time accessing the IVR, the PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. Please note, you will be required to change this PIN from the last four numbers of your SSN to a unique 4 digit numbers of your choice.
Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve account information. You can also call us at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a live Banking Specialist who is available 24/7 for your convenience.
We hope the information provided helps. Let us know if you have any further questions and have a great one.
