Please keep in mind that they are available at the following Eastern Standard Times, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. However; if you are looking to connect with a Specialists regarding a closed personal account, you may connect with our Recovery Department available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM.
