My aunts debit/credit card got stolen yesterday at Walgreens and they stole every last penny out of her account. How does she go about getting her money back..what is TD Banks security policy with that, (for example, what percentage do they refund when it happens?)

If your aunt has not done so already, we ask that she contacts us immediately so we may close her Debit Card. She is able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to close her Debit Card, review transactions and, place a dispute for any unauthorized activity.
If this is in regards to a TD Credit Card, we ask that your aunt contact our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861.
