Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Lylybell. We'd be happy to clarify.
At TD Bank, we no longer offer Traveler's Checks for purchase and we apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
If you have Traveler's Checks that you would like to cash, you are able to do so as an account holder at any TD Store. Feel free to visit our Tellers in either the drive through or lobby to negotiate your Traveler's Checks. Please know that your signature will be required on the checks in presence of a Teller, you will need to record your account number on the back of the Traveler’s Checks and your valid photo Identification will be required at that time.
If you are planning on depositing your Traveler's Checks, you are able to do so with a Teller. They cannot be deposited via the ATM or Mobile Deposit. We recommend taking a look at our Funds Availability Policy found here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Feel free to visit us again with any questions you may have! Take care, Lylybell!
