I opened a new account and ordered a debit card, but I haven't received it yet. I was wondering if I could check the status of it to make sure it gets here.

Great to hear you opened a new account with us, Kennedy! Welcome and we'll be glad to chat with you about your debit card today. If you applied for your new TD Bank account online or by phone and requested a Visa Debit Card during the account opening process, you should expect to receive your card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your postal office. Please understand that even though we would like to help you directly, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your personal account information. With that being said, you are welcome to contact us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After you connect with our Specialists and after account verification, we can certainly let you know when your card was mailed out. If you would prefer to have your new card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store nearby you. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card, seven days a week, and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand! Once at the Store, if you did order a Debit Card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. And you'll be glad to know that if you've been anticipating your Debit Card so that you can enroll in Online Banking for your account, you're able to enroll your account right away, even without your card! We welcome you to contact us at the number mentioned above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to get your online account up and running during your call. We hope this is helpful information, Kennedy! Thanks again for choosing TD and we look forward to talking with you soon.

Hi Kennedy, I ordered a new ATM Debit Card almost one week ago, and I'm asking when it will be delivered. You already have my current and updated address. Thanks much. Sincerely, Michael

Thanks for joining in, Michael. We recommend reviewing our friend Kristen's reply above as she provided the time frame in which debit cards are typically received. She also provides ways you're able to request a new debit card just in case you don't receive the one mentioned. Have a great day, Michael.
