You are able to obtain your loan status in a few ways.
Your first option is to call 800-937-5020 and speak with one of our Financial Solutions Group Representatives who are available 24/7.
If you prefer, you can visit your local TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are checking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, you also have the option of checking online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have applied, TD Bank will send you a letter by mail with the Loan Application decision.
