Hi Richard! Thanks for getting in touch with us tonight. Sounds like you'll be making a trip up North soon – how fun! As one of our Customers, you may know that you have access to every TD Bank and TD Canada Trust ATM from Maine to Florida and throughout Canada for free. With that being said, we'd like to let you know that the exchange rate you receive at any TD ATM is not set by the Bank. Foreign exchange rates are published by the government and fluctuate daily, and Customers pay the VISA exchange rate at the time of withdrawal. If you'll be in Canada, Richard, you can find TD ATMs near your vacation spot by checking out http://bit.ly/18OJlY5. You can also chat with our Canadian friends on their TD Helps page right here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr if you're having any trouble finding one. In case you'll prefer to have U.S. Dollars during your stay, there are a few TD Canada Trust ATMs that dispense U.S. currency and they can be found at the end of this TD Helps conversation: http://bit.ly/1CuG1ZT. If you will be traveling there, please be aware that a TD Canada Trust ATM may offer your current balance in Canadian Dollars. We recommend reviewing your account balance in US. Dollars by logging in to your TD Bank Online banking account at: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or by calling a friendly Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We also suggest contacting us about a week prior to your trip to let us know the dates and location(s) of your travel, to avoid any card acceptance issues once you arrive. This can be done using the number as above, or at any local TD Bank Store. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores if you'd like to visit one near you. We hope this info provides a bit of help, Richard. Safe travels to you and enjoy your holiday weekend!
