I enrolled my on-line bank.
I wrote my card number (16 numbers) when I enrolled on-line bank.
So I try to fill my card number in user name, but it wasn't work. I can't log-in.
What is user name? Is it different from card number?

Thanks for dropping into TD Helps, Hana! We're sorry that you are having trouble with Online Banking and we'll be happy to help.
When you initially enrolled for Online Banking at www.tdbank.com, typing in your debit card number was only for verification purposes. Your user name must be between 6-32 characters and must contain both letters and numbers, therefore, it would not accept a debit card number for your user name.
We understand that it's easy to forget your user name from time to time and we'd be glad to assist you in obtaining that information. We ask that you contact our 24/7 Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562 and after account verification one of our Specialists can verify your user name for you.
We did notice that you are writing in from Waterloo and we hope the weather is treating you well up there! If you're referring to your EasyWeb account, our friends to the north at TD Canada Trust may be able to help. Check out: http://bit.ly/1r6PMNW as our friend Sharla answered a similar question.
Let us know if you have any questions and enjoy the rest of your day!
