When you initially enrolled for Online Banking at www.tdbank.com, typing in your debit card number was only for verification purposes. Your user name must be between 6-32 characters and must contain both letters and numbers; therefore, it would not accept a debit card number for your user name.
We understand that it's easy to forget your user name from time to time and we'd be glad to assist you in obtaining that information. We ask that you contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 800-751-9000 and after account verification one of our Specialists can verify your user name for you and help get you back up and running.
