i cannot get through to pay my car payment. Your online system will not accept my login/password. When I attempt to phone you, your automated phone does not work either.

Welcome to TD Helps, Connie. We're sorry you having difficulties and we'll be sure to point you in the right direction.
First, we do provide the option to make a loan payment online. This can be made via a transfer if you have an existing deposit account with TD Bank and you bank online with us. If so, log in to your Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to do so. And if you don't have any other accounts with TD Bank, you may visit http://bit.ly/1p7K5PC to make a one-time payment (using a Checking account you may have at another financial institution).
If you're not currently viewing your auto loan or other accounts online and would like to do so, we are happy to provide you with access. At your convenience, we ask that you contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they can either enroll your account in online banking, or, if you have one, add your loan account to your current online profile during your call.
