It's great to have you here on TD Helps, Nathlia! We will be happy to provide you with the information needed.
We'd like to let you know, as a TD Customer, you may use any TD Bank ATM free of charge.
Each ATM withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a TD Customer at an ATM not owned by TD may be subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waive and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement. Please look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope the information provided helps, Nathlia. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
