It's great to have you here on TD Helps, Nancy! We will be happy to provide you with the information needed.
We would be more than happy to assist you with your wire questions. Please keep in mind that there are different instructions if the wire being received is domestic or international.
If you’re expecting an international or domestic wire the instructions are included in this link http://bit.ly/1d6xZtF. For incoming international foreign currency wires you will need to provide the foreign bank the following wire instructions http://bit.ly/OL3R2y.
If you are expecting a domestic wire, you may have funds wire transferred into any transaction account (e.g. Checking, Money Market or Statement Savings); we post all incoming wires from the Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. A confirmation will be sent to you the day the wire transfer is credited to your account. At this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender.
Keep in mind that there may be fees for sending or receiving wire transfers. For more information on any fees that may be applied take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Thanks again for joining us, Nancy. We hope this helps and take care!
