Please be informed that as a third party, for the security of our Customer's account, we would need signed authorization from our TD Customer in order to provide this information to you. Or, our TD Customer may send a written request themselves to our verification department directly. The request may be faxed or mailed to:

The following must also be included with the request:
- Customer name
- Customer full account number
- The month and year of the statement requested
- Customer signature
