Welcome to TD Helps, Bob.
We'll be sure to provide you information regarding withdrawing funds.
We first like to inform you that, each time a Non-TD Bank ATM is utilized, TD Bank assesses an ATM surcharge of $3.00 per transaction. The fee will post the same day as the ATM withdrawal is made. You also may have been assessed an additional fee (surcharge) at the time of your withdrawal. This fee is set by the machine owner and not associated with TD Bank. To avoid these fees in the future, you may view our current ATM locations online. To find TD Bank ATMs, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR, for a listing of ATMs in your area.
This fee also applies to Balance Inquiries.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement. Please look here, https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK, for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee.
Additionally, if you're in need of cash, you may also want to take advantage of getting cash back when using your debit card at the point of sale; many major retailers and grocery chains will give cash back at the register without a fee.
We appreciate your visit, Bob, and please take care!
