Welcome to TD Helps, Dovydas.
Please understand that wire transfers are required to be initiated at a TD location, since you stated that you are currently out of the country we have other options available. One way for you to have funds from your TD account deposited into your British account is by writing a check from your TD account to deposit into the other account. Also, if you have a TD ATM or debit card, you may withdraw funds from your TD account and then deposit the money to your British account.
We also recommend reaching out to the other financial institution for other options that may be available on their end.
We hope this helps, Dovydas and have a nice afternoon.

Thank You very much. Yes I have a debit card from TD. What are the international withdrawal at ATM fee on the TD end? And is it costly to write a check and how long it might take if I decide to get a check?

Welcome back Dovydas. We'll be happy to provide you with further details.
If you decide to use your TD debit card to make a withdraw, if you haven't done so already we advise you to first place travel notes on your account. By doing this, we'll be aware that you are out of the country making withdraws. To place a travel note, you're welcome to contact us from out of the U.S. by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone.
Additionally, you may also send us a Secure Message through your Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and on the left hand side of the page please click on Send a Message under the Message Center. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
You'll be glad to learn that TD Bank does not charge any foreign transactions fees for purchases made with your TD Bank Visa debit card. However, each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to a $3.00 fee at this time, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. Please note that fees are subject to change at any time. This may be in addition to any fee assessed by the owner of the ATM or network, and may include fees for both withdrawals and balance inquiries.
If you use any ATM in a foreign country, you may also incur international, currency exchange and usage fees regardless of the type of account you have at TD Bank. Please refer to http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (starting on page 44) for more information about what type of fees to expect.
If you were to order checks, we would only be able to send them to the address on file. If your address has been updated on our end to show your address abroad, we would be happy to put in this request for you. Typically, checks take between 7-10 business days to be received however as we will be mailing them out of the country, we wouldn't be able to provide an exact time frame since they can be held in customs for a period of time. Once you receive your checks, there is no cost on TD Bank's end to write a check however we would recommend connecting with your other financial institution to see if there would be any fees on their end.
Again, we hope this helps and please don't hesitate to reply back if you have any other questions.
