Hello Katharine G: We will need more information than "make and model is determined by the third party provider". TD Bank is making the offer. I can't spend hours and hours on the phone with Verizon to determine exactly what phone they will offer and how that also relates to the monthly plan. I need to know this all BEFORE opening an account. Not after.
