What physical address should I provide when asked on a bank wire transfer form? Currency will be received as USD from Canada. Do I use the address of the physical branch where I opened it or an HQ national address? Also, any other important and relevant information I would need to properly fill out a wire transfer form.

Good afternoon and thanks for coming by TD Helps, Linda! We'll be happy to assist you regarding your wire transfer.

Your complete name as it appears on your account, along with your account number.
Please keep in mind that some transactions may take longer than others. Please see the following link for all applicable fees included in our fee schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt . And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
Please let us know if you have any questions and we hope you have a great weekend, Linda!

The bank sending the wire asked for a full address. Can I use 300 Delaware Avenue?

Hi Chad, thanks for joining in the conversation!
Typically, when sending a wire transfer, the only time a full address is needed is when it's an international wire coming in foreign currency. In this case, you will need to use the following information:
Wire to: The Toronto-Dominion Bank Swift code: TDOMCATTTOR The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2
For Further Credit to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A Swift code: NRTHUS33XXX
TD BANK, N.A. Branch Address: TD Bank, N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
In Favor of:
Beneficiary Account Number, Beneficiary Full Name: Your full name on the account, Beneficiary Address: Your full physical address
For domestic wires or international wires coming in US Dollars, you will be required to use the following information only:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A Wilmington, Delaware
Credit to: Our Customer's Account Title – Their Address and Account Number
Please be advised; at this time, we may not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and will return them to the sender.
We hope this clears things up a bit, Chad. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Have a great evening!
