We appreciate your question, Eric. We'll be sure to provide you with more details on the software requirements to view check images.
When accessing your account via www.tdbank.com, there are two ways in which you may view check images, through your Account History or on the last page of your Statement (if your account is paperless).
If you're viewing the past 60 days of account history, you would just want to make sure that your browser is not blocking pop-ups. As long as the pop-up blocker is off, you should be able to click on the link next to the check number to view the image with no trouble. No specific software is needed for this option.
When using the Statement tab to view the entire statement for a specific month, it will be required to have Adobe installed. If you do not currently have Adobe, have no worries, to quickly download it, once you're logged into your account please click on the name of your account, next, click on the "Statements & Notices" tab. On the next page please click "Get PDF Reader" and then on the pop-up click "Adobe PDF" and that will take you to the Adobe webpage to complete the download. Once it has been installed, you may view the PDF file of the statement which may include your check images, depending on whether or not the account paperless or if you requested the check images to be attached.
If you have any trouble viewing your check images, please reach out to our Tech Support Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope this helps, Eric and take care!
