Thanks for reaching out to us, Bertha!
If you're enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance, this enables us to cover your everyday debit card transactions - even when if you don't necessarily have enough money available in your account. We offer this service as a convenience so that your card may work for you when you need it most. This is a discretionary service though. Being enrolled doesn't necessarily guarantee that the card will be approved all the time. We also can't guarantee an overdraft limit. We recommend checking out our site at https://go.td.com/2exVmIX and https://go.td.com/2q6qVgo for additional information about how TD Debit Card Advance works.
We also recommend that you check out information about Savings Overdraft Protection here: https://go.td.com/1lmjVaq. This is a great program to help stay on top of overdrafts and avoid overdraft fees.
Please don't hesitate to give us a call us at 888-751-9000 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We'd be glad to take a look at your account and provide advice on using TD Debit Card Advance and Savings Overdraft Protection.
We hope you have a great day!
