It is great to have you here on TD Helps, Marcus.
Please be aware that if an overdraft occurs on your account, if it is less than $5 then no overdraft fee should be assessed. If your negative balance exceeds $5 at the end of the day however, we will charge you an overdraft fee for each transaction that overdraws your account. Please note, we will not charge more than 5 overdraft fees per day. For more information on this feature, please check out: http://bit.ly/1AlCYEy and also here: http://bit.ly/1GjEVIv for our FAQs.
Please note: In order to avoid overdraft fees from occurring on your account, you would have to make a deposit before the end of the business day in which the account is overdrawn.
If you have any further questions or would like to connect with a Specialist, feel free to call us at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists would be more than happy to help review your account, and also provide options on how to avoid fees. If you prefer, you could also visit us during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we would not have access to your account information.
Additionally, we'd like to invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1AlDFOr for more information regarding the overdraft options available through TD Bank.
We hope this helps answer your question and have a great night.
