Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Gerard. We'd be happy to review ways to access your account while in Haiti.
One of the easiest ways to check your account(s) while you are on the go is through Online Banking. You may log in anytime via this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you type in your user name and password, your accounts will appear on the screen. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need to have your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address to complete the enrollment. If you have trouble logging in or with the enrollment process, you may contact us directly for assistance.
If this is for a business account, you may log in or enroll in our TD BusinessDirect. If you are already enrolled, you may log in at any time here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Similar to Online Banking, once you enter your user name and password your accounts will be displayed after selecting "log in." Enrolling in BusinessDirect is a little different. You may begin the process by visiting here http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You will be asked for your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Tax Identification number and email address. Once you enter all the necessary information, you will receive an email within two business days that includes your temporary user name and password. Again if you have any trouble logging in or enrolling you may contact the numbers mentioned above for assistance.
When you aren't near a computer and if you have a smartphone, you may utilize our Mobile Banking applications! For any personal account, you may download our Mobile Banking App here: http://bit.ly/1qnRyFF. If you have a business account and would like to bank on the go, you may download our Business Mobile Banking App here: http://bit.ly/YVa4y6. Both applications will use the same user name and password that you've set us on your computer.
If you have any trouble with the mentioned subjects above or if you'd like to call us directly to check your account you may do so 24/7 by dialing direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 to speak with our Representatives.
Thank you again for joining us today, Gerard and have a great day.
