What type of charge is labeled as DEBIT on my bank statement. The only information is the date, debit, and an amount.

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Terri. We'd be happy to explain.
Usually a transaction that posts simply as 'Debit', is a Store withdrawal. This would be a debit withdrawal done with a Bank Teller or through the Drive Thru using a withdrawal slip.
We'd be happy to take a look at the withdrawal slip for you to provide you any information available, such as when and where the withdrawal was done. We apologize; as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to hearing from you soon to help resolve this. Take care, Terri.
