The website does not show the business account option, only personal. How do I log on to my business account?

We understand your concern, Jane, and we'd be glad to help you regain access to your business account.
During the weekend of February 22nd, TD updated Online Banking for our business accounts to reflect last year's update to our personal online accesses. Over the weekend, Online Banking was read only while we completed the necessary changes.
There were some things that our business account holders needed to do to prepare for this change. You may have received a secure message or a physical letter regarding this change. If you missed it, you can review additional details here: https://go.td.com/2X1zPf5.
If you did complete these steps, you're able to sign in to your online profile here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO. Upon sign in, your name will be displayed in the right hand corner of the page. By selecting the arrow, a drop down menu will be displayed that allows you to select the My Business Account option. After doing so, you should be able to review your business account profile with the same features as TD BusinessDirect.
If you have any trouble accessing your business profile, feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Specialist using the number mentioned in the first link above or 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope this clears up any confusion, Jane. Have a good day.
