I have checking account with 2$in it.
Is it going to turn to zero because of maintenance fee and close automatically?
Or it will turn -2$ because the fee is 4$?

Welcome to TD Helps, Proud. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that when you are assessed a maintenance fee at the end of your statement cycle, if there are not sufficient funds to cover the fee your account will be overdrawn. If your account remains overdrawn, additional fees may be assessed. We recommend taking a look at our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to learn more.
Accounts that have a remaining balance will not close automatically. If you would like to close your account, there are a few ways you're able to do so. You are able to send a written request to your TD Home Store to close your account.
Please mail your written request to close the account, signed, and notarized request to:
TD Bank, N.A.
Home Store Address
Home Branch Telephone Number
Please be sure to provide your account number so we may issue you a check for the remaining funds in your account as well as your final statement. If you are unsure of which Store is your Home Store, take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations.
If your account balance is $0.00, you are able to call us using the numbers mentioned above to finalize your account. Similarly, if you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to send us a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope these options help, Proud and have a good day.
