Hi there Nichole,
Good morning to you and we apologize to hear that your debit card may be blocked right now.
There are several reasons that this could occur, including a recent address change or a transaction that needs to be verified. Please note that for your account security, TD is constantly monitoring our Customers' debit card activity in order to ensure that no fraud is occurring.
If your card isn't working as you expect right now, we'd just want to review this with you in detail to determine the cause and offer you some solutions. While we're not able to complete this for you via this forum, we're certain that we can help if you get in touch with us. We're available by phone for you 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or at any of our Stores: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps right away with your card, Nichole.
All the best and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
