I had to close my card and get another one because of fraudulent charges. I was told when I got my new card to activate it by checking the balance through an atm but when I tired that the atm kept saying wrong account information, why is that?

If you are having trouble activating your debit card at an ATM, we suggest you call our Debit Card Activation Line 24/7 at (888) 553-4122. By calling this number, you will be able to activate your debit card with ease and be able to use it immediately after activation is complete.
