Hey Marian, thanks for stopping by TD Helps! We'd be happy to help guide you in retrieving your account balance!
There are a few options available for you to check your account balance. Your first option is to enroll for Online Banking by using the Self-Service feature. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, email address and your Social Security number and click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, which will take you to the "Online Banking Sign Up" Page . Please select Personal from the drop down box and select "Submit". First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
You may also check your balance and so much more by having access to our TD Bank Mobile App after you have enrolled with TD Bank Online Banking. Feel free to visit http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for more information and to send yourself the quick link to download the TD Bank Mobile App.
If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit card, or if you run into any problems, please reach out to our dedicated Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000.They are available 24/7 and are willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately after account authentication. They can also provide you with your account balances. You may also visit us, during lobby hours, at any TD Bank Store location for further assistance. For a list of hours and locations, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account.
If you have a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, you could stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be fees applied, for more information, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps, Marian. Take care, and enjoy your weekend!
