Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Rolando. We'd be glad to help.
If you're trying to make a payment with our online Bill Pay and it is asking for an account number in order to schedule a payment, you would include your account number with that specific biller. For example, if you're trying to pay Target you would need to include your Target account number.
If you have further questions in regards to Bill Pay, feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 or visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours.
If you're trying to make a payment online to your loan account, the account information you would need to provide is the account and routing number you'd like the funds to debit from. For example, if you are trying to pay a TD loan with your TD checking account, you would provide your checking account and routing numbers.
If you have further questions in regards to scheduling a loan payment, please reach out Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 for assistance. You can reach them by dialing 800-937-5020. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Rolando and have a good day.
