Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Katie.
Your account number can be found on the paper statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is referring to a Checking account and you have any checks with you, the account number would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for our Online Banking, another way to view the account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find out TD Store locations and hours near you.
Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
Please understand, the security of our Customer's account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
