Thanks for joining us today, Shamara. We'd be happy to review ways to check your account balance.
There are a few options available for you to check your account balance. Your first option is to enroll for Online Banking by using the Self-Service feature. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit card, your account number, email address and your Social Security number, and just click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, to visit the "Online Banking Sign Up" Page. Please select Personal from the drop down box and select "Submit." First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
You may also check your balance and so much more by having access to our TD Bank Mobile App after you have enrolled with TD Bank Online Banking. Feel free to visit http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for more information and to send yourself the quick link to download the TD Bank Mobile App.
If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit card, or if you run into any problems, please reach out to our dedicated Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000.They are available 24/7 and are willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately after account authentication. You may also visit us, during lobby hours, at any TD Bank Store location for further assistance. For a list of hours and locations, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account.
Another option to check your balance is to contact our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), by dialing the number mentioned above and following the prompts. You will need your account number which can be found on your statements or also located at the bottom of your checks, you may also use you ATM Debit card number. Once you verify your account through the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve account information or if you would like to speak with a Representative, feel free to press 0 at any time to be connected with one of us.
If you have a TD ATM/Visa Debit card, you could also stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be fees applied, and for more information, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Please know that we are unable to provide your account balance directly as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Shamara and have a good day.
