Thank you for coming to us on TD Helps, Janitza! We'll be glad to provide the ways that you can access your account number.
Although we are unable to provide your account number via telephone or through email, you still have a couple of options to choose from. If you're enrolled in online banking and or have access to your account statements, you'll be able to view your full account number at the top of your statement. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
You may also view a personal check as another option. Your account number is the second set of numbers located at the bottom left hand side of the check. Take a look at our Check Sample for help on where you can locate this information: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
If you prefer, you may visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours for assistance. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helps and feel free to come by again with any additional questions, Janitza!
