Thank you for coming to us here on TD Helps, Ryan. You came to the right place for information.
The standard daily ATM Visa/Debit card limits are listed in the Personal and Business Deposit Account Agreements. Funds availability may be limited by factors such as your current available balance or a predetermined authorized daily limit established at your request. For standard daily withdrawal limits for your TD Bank Visa Debit card, please check our Personal Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs. 43-44).
You have a few options on how to request an increase if you are expecting to spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit.
You can send us a written request via fax. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, and please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Lastly, you can send us a Secure Message via online banking to submit this request. If you have enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message to request this information. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center." You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section, and click Send. Please include the information as described above.
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll for online banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day that the limit increase is granted. If you are interested in a permanent limit increase, please visit your local TD Store location.
If you are referring to your TD Bank Visa Credit Card, please contact TD Card Services 24/7 at (888)-561-8861.
Hope this information has been helpful. Have a great week Ryan.
