That's a great question, Carlos! We'll be glad to provide the ATM limits for you.
We invite you to take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement, (pp.43-44) to view these limits. If you discover that you need to withdraw additional funds, you can apply for a limit increase. There are a few ways to do so and please note that the increase is only available for 24 hours; take a look below.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secure message. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Please include the following information in your message.
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM
Another way you can request a limit increase is by sending us a fax to our Fulfillment Department at 856-533-1138. Please include the information listed above in your fax and please also add your signature as well.
