If an auto payment was missed or returned on Friday, we will not automatically submit the payment again. In order to make your loan payment for this month, you will need to manually submit a new payment.
To make that payment right away, you can initiate a transfer from a TD Bank account through your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. You can also call our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find a TD Bank Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
As we see you're writing in from Maple Ridge, we also want to provide with contact info for TD Canada Trust just in case your loan account is held with them, rather than us at TD Bank in the U.S.
