If a business processes a refund to your ATM/Visa Debit or Credit Card, it typically takes 3-5 business days to be credited back to your account. Please note, there are times when the funds may take longer to be credited to your account as the refund is based on when we receive notice from the business. If you have any further questions, you may contact with one of our Customer Service Specialists 24/7 at (888) 751-9000.
You can also keep track of a transaction to see if it has been cleared back into your account by logging into Online Banking. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you have not enrolled in Online Banking, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/debit card to enroll online, please call us at the number listed above to speak with our Specialists.
