As TD Helps is considered an unsecured site, we do not have access to your account information directly, and when you may receive your debit card.
To inquire about your debit card, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, a Specialist will be happy to track or issue a new debit card.
If you are near a TD Bank location, you may obtain a new debit card on the spot. For lobby hours and Store locations please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Additionally you may send us a secured message to inquire about your debit card also. To sign in to Online Banking, visit here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. After you're signed in, please select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page.
