Welcome to TD Helps, Selene!
It's great to hear from you this afternoon, and we'll be more than happy to help clear up any confusion with your statements.
We'd first like to take a moment to explain that, generally speaking, your statement will be available to you via your Personal Online Banking at the end of your statement cycle. While we would like to confirm when your statement cycle may end, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we are unfortunately unable to access your account.
However, don't worry! There are a couple different ways you may determine this information, and we'll be happy to provide you with all your options.
First, you may access your statements through your Personal Online Banking, and you may use the link here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl to do so. If you haven't yet signed up for online banking, you can start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you're fully enrolled, you'll first want to click on the account you would like to review your statements for, and after doing so, click on the green 'Statements and Notices' tab. By doing so, under the 'Issue Date', you can view the date specific to your account's statement cycle, and should be able to determine when you can expect to receive your statements on a monthly basis.
It's important to note that the date of your statement can vary depending on federal holidays and weekends.
In addition to locating the starting date of your statement cycle through your online banking, you're also welcome to connect with a Specialist directly by dialing 1-888-751-9000, or you may visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Banking Specialist are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and to take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this information was helpful, Selene!
Thanks again for stopping by TD Helps, and we hope you have a fantastic day, and a safe and happy holiday.
