You'll be glad to know that TD Bank 1098 and 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015. The 1098 form will be sent if you paid a minimum of $600.00 in interest on your loan in 2014, and 1099-INT forms are generated if you earned more than $10.00 in interest in 2014 on your deposit accounts. If you're not certain if you'll receive the forms, you may wish to review your December, 2014 statements. Or give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for your deposit accounts, and at 800-937-5020, 24/7 for your loan accounts, to see if you should expect them.
If you should receive a form and have not received it within 7-10 business days after January 31st, you will have a few ways to request a copy. You may give us a call, send a Secure Message or visit any TD Bank Store. You may to choose which option is most convenient for you! To connect with one of our Specialists, you can call us at the numbers just mentioned, 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to submit a request for a copy of either of the forms.

Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original). Or, come in and see us!
