Good evening Richard, we're glad to see you here at TD Helps. We'd be happy to help provide some useful information regarding your 1099-INT forms.
We'd like to let you know that TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015 for Customers who earned more than $10.00 in interest for the previous year on their deposit accounts.
Since it sounds like you should be receiving the form, if you have not received it within 7-10 business days after January 31st, you will have a few ways to request a copy. You may give us a call, send a Secure Message or visit any TD Bank Store. You may choose which option is most convenient for you! To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form.
To send a Secure Message instead, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and you can start that process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a Secure Message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address, and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original).
