Hi Joseph, thanks for joining us today. We're sorry for any trouble you were experiencing with your debit card.
Based on your question, we believe that you may have a block that was placed on your debit card. If this is the case, we kindly ask that you call us directly so we may assist. You can reach us at any time, 24/7, by dialing 888-751-9000.
If you have access to your online banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. Please be sure to include the transactions that you attempted, and declined, so that we may remove the block from your debit card.
