Thanks for reaching out to us, Trina!
It sounds like you may be new to TD Bank. If so, welcome!
You should be able to begin using mobile banking as soon as your account is opened and your online profile is set up. If you haven't set up online banking yet, it's super easy to enroll! Click here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. Or it can be done right from the mobile app. Whether you're using Apple or Google for your apps, you can find links here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H to download it.
From the dropdown, select whether you have a personal or business account and press 'Continue'. You'll then need to accept the Terms and Conditions. Once that's done, you will need to enter your Social Security Number, ATM or Debit Card Number, Account Number, account type, name, and email address. Then create a username and password and press 'Continue'. You'll be taken to a screen to set up your security questions. Be mindful that passwords and security questions are case sensitive.
Once enrollment is completed, you're all set to use mobile banking.
If you have any problems setting up or using your online banking, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our Tech Support Specialists are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562. You're also invited to visit us at any of our Store locations. To find a Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you're having a great day, Trina!
